Cynthia is a connector, storyteller and problem solver. She believes strongly that relationships and communication are the core of great work and is driven by the belief we should all love the work we do.

Beginning her career in corporate communications, Cynthia had a career change to recruitment in 2015 and found her dream job. After seeing how recruitment got a bad rap, she set out to change things and founded Heart.

Cynthia is known for her honest, straightforward approach and her natural curiosity (she asks a lot of questions). She has a high care factor for delivering results and doing work that has a real impact.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Shelby is a champion of all things client service and candidate care as well as systems and processes .

Starting her journey with Heart in 2021, Shelby has been a driving force behind the team, delivering on our promise of ‘expect better.’ Her approach centres people and keeps our connections alive long after we’ve introduced someone with a new role.

Shelby is driven by the incredible organisations Heart works with and the talent she gets to back. Outside of work, you can find her soaking up the sunshine and gaining new skills wherever she can.

DIGITAL CONTENT PRODUCER

Lucy is a writer and producer turned content marketer with experience working across the agency and media space in both Australia and the UK.

With a nose for a compelling story and boundless energy for creating fresh ideas, Lucy believes in storytelling as the core of content.

Outside of work, Lucy loves being outdoors, exploring beautiful WA with her partner and children.
